I started off, as usual, with 5 minutes on a bike then 15 reps each:

upper back (45kg / 100lb)

abdominal (70kg / 150lb)
20 crunches
torso rotation (40kg / 90lb)
military press (40kg / 90lb)
lower back (70kg / 150lb)

10 crunches
